BRANDON | Builder
Brandon started his construction career right out of high school, digging basements for a contractor in Iowa. His education was hands-on and meticulous as he learned from trained tradesmen and craftsmen. The most important lesson he learned was this: skipping corners is only for circles. That life lesson lives on in Brandon's passion for quality home builds in Northwest Arkansas.
From there he moved onto mechanics and underground piping of both residential and commercial buildings. Once the Schrocks relocated to Northwest Arkansas, Brandon continued his career in construction and project management. He’s made some tremendous connections and great friends in the community, and they have all been extremely supportive of the Schrock family in their pursuit of becoming NWA’s best custom home builder.
Brandon’s experience, integrity, and quest for quality craftsmanship has made his construction company stand out. You can hear it in every word he says when he’s discussing a home build, and you can see it in every step of the process. It truly echoes in everything he does.
RANDI | Designer
Meet Brandon's business partner and designer, Randi. She's the laugh-out-louder, office-music-jammer, and unapologetic donut lover of the family. She keeps Brandon in line and organized - as much as one can. She is a member of the NWAHBA Board. She also has no problem talking Brandon up (someone has to, we all think he's way too humble!)
Formally educated in interior design, marketing and history, Randi works side by side with clients to find their true style, listening to what they want and love. She loves everything and conforms to nothing, because she believes variety is the spice of life and that everyone has the ability to excel in interior home design. Her favorite part of the job is translating the client's inspiration and vision for a space into reality!
Randi has had the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects with people of different backgrounds and continues to learn and grow with each new space she adds to her portfolio. Through her interior design portfolio expansion, Randi's passion for this business continues to sky rocket! She loves the the friendships she cultivates from working so closely with clients.
You will frequently find her enjoying coffee and photographing the sunrise on their job sites, as she loves Northwest Arkansas...and coffee. For reference, Brandon says she can be bribed with light roast coffee and dark chocolate truffles.
